AIR TRAVEL
The following links will take you to organizations that offer free air travel to patients who need to travel long distances for treatment.

The Air Care Alliance - Listings
The Air Care Alliance has an extensive list of links to groups involved in public benefit flying.

Corporate Angel Network, Inc.
Corporate Angel Network provides free air transportation for cancer patients traveling to and from recognized treatment centers in the United States without regard to their financial resources. CAN arranges for patients to use empty seats on corporate aircraft operating on business flights.

Angel Flight West
Angel Flight West provides free transportation to medical treatment for people who cannot afford public transportation, or who cannot tolerate it for health reasons. Operates in the Sestern United States.

If you need transportation outside the Western States, you can obtain a referral to another similar organization in your area by contacting Angel Flight America's National Patient Travel Center at (800) 296-1217, or visit the web site.

Mercy Medical Airlift
"MMA's mission is to facilitate a charitable means of long distance medical air transport for all medically indigent, low-income and financially vulnerable patients in our society thereby ensuring equal access to distant specialized medical treatment or to appropriate facilities and settings for continuing care."
